Driver App Privacy Policy
Delivery Operator Technologies LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "DOT" or "we") is a software platform for licensed cannabis delivery operators located in Massachusetts. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our service. By using DOT, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to the DOT Driver App only.
Information Collection and Use

Location Data
As a DOT user, when you use the "DOT Driver App" and allow Location Access, we automatically send your location data (GPS coordinates) to our servers and store your last known location. You can disable location tracking at any time by turning off the "Delivery Tracking" switch in the app's Settings tab, which will stop the collection and sharing of location data.
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from you when you visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, or use other DOT products. This information may include your name, email address, phone number and government issued identification. We collect this information only when you voluntarily submit it to us, and you can choose not to provide such information, but it may limit your engagement in certain DOT-related activities.
Non-Personal Identification Information
We may also collect non-personal identification information about you, such as your browser name, the type of computer, and technical information about your means of connection to our products and services.
How We Use Collected Information
DOT may collect and use your personal information for various purposes, including identifying you as a DOT user, improving customer service, personalizing your experience and facilitating communication between drivers and dispatchers of licensed cannabis delivery operators.
Log Data
When you use DOT, we may collect Log Data, such as your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of app usage, and other statistics, in case of an error in the app. We may collect this data through third-party products.
Service Providers
We may engage third-party companies and individuals to provide and analyze our services, perform related tasks on our behalf, and assist in understanding how our service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information but are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Security
You use DOT services at your own risk. We value the security of your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage.
